Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs

Draft Terms of Reference for a Master Plan for the MSYA.  Included a countrywide survey of all Sporting and Youth Facilities currently run by the MSYA and the application of the Logical Framework Approach.

Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago

A Study of the Inter-Island Fast Ferry Service.  Recommendations for improving the service were made based on interviews with two hundred and forty two (242) users and non-users of the service as well as industry stakeholders primarily in Tobago.  The proposed solutions involved applying the principles of Lean Service such as establishing Flow and Visual Management.
