In addition to the in-house assistance, the assigned consultant will be available to the companies for assistance over the phone or by e-mail with responses guaranteed within 24 hours.

 
Company Presentation

At the end of the Company Projects Phase, participants should be able to apply lean tools for process improvement (Value Stream Mapping, SMED, 5S, One-Piece Flow, etc).  Before returning to the classroom, participants will make a formal presentation in their companies, based on their projects undertaken and implemented.

In Lean Manufacturing Practitioner 2, participants will receive more advanced training on the application of Lean Manufacturing.

On-Site Training

On-site training may be arranged based on the publicly offered courses, resulting in considerable cost savings for the company depending on the number of persons to be trained.  Clients can expect the same level of service inclusive of professional course materials distributed as compared to the public training sessions.

Executive Training

Private sessions may be arranged by executives where the other alternatives are not suitable schedule-wise.  These sessions  are scheduled and planned at the client’s premises and at the client’s convenience.  Note that the objective of these sessions is information sharing.  For assistance with problem solving please refer to the consultancy section.
